In 2023, 424 applications were registered in the e-Atinish IP (309 from individuals and 115 from legal entities). The qualitative composition of the total number of appeals is: applications - 255, complaints - 31, proposals - 71, others (message, request, response) - 67.The Department reviewed - 287 received applications, as follows:an administrative act was adopted - 149 (of which a favorable administrative act - 33, an onerous administrative act - 116); an answer was given to the applicant - 96; terminated - 5; noted - 19; other - 18; - 132 of them were sent for consideration to other state bodies within their competence for consideration on the merits and decision-making in a lawful manner; 10 appeals are in progress (the remainder).The terms of consideration of applications were not extended. There are no appeals considered in violation of the deadlines, with violation of the established deadline for redirection (no later than 3 working days) there is 1 appeal (FL-2023-00963236/1 Belik M.D.).1 application was received from the applicant for preparing a response to his appeal with an average rating (FL-2023-02535907/1 Kitarov B.T.).By the nature of the analysis of the received appeals from individuals and legal entities, a significant part of the appeals are applications related to the employment of the population (receiving grants), assistance in employment, issues related to the provision of special social services, provision of social assistance and commercial offers of legal entities - 51 (offer of tuition on a paid basis, assistance in the distribution of goods for people with disabilities in the social sphere) Through the unified electronic document management system "ESEDO" in 2023, 50 requests were received (13 from individuals, 37 - legal entities).All requests were answered within the time limits established by law.In order to ensure compliance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of reception, registration, accounting and consideration of appeals from individuals/legal entities and the full inclusion of accounting data in the automated information system "Unified Accounting of appeals of Persons" (AIS EUOL), the Office of the Committee on Legal Statistics and Special Accounts of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the Aktobe region on an ongoing basis conducts an act- reconciliation. A special box for receiving letters and appeals from citizens is installed in the administration building on the 1st floor. No appeals were registered in 2023. Compliance with the requirements of the Administrative Procedural Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan and compliance with the rule of law when considering received applications to IS "e-Atinish" and AIS "EUOL" are under constant control of the management of the department.
