- Currently we have 370 social workers. There are 2 state medical and social institutions for the elderly and disabled in the region. This is a general-type boarding house for the elderly and disabled and a boarding house for the neuropsychiatric disabled. 631 lonely elderly and disabled people live in these institutions.
Social assistance departments provide special social services to 406 children and 1,662 elderly people with disabilities.
