About establishment of the quota for employment of citizens of the Aktobe region from among the youth who have lost or remained without parental care until the age of majority, who are graduates of educational organizations, persons released from places of imprisonment, persons registered with the probation service for 2023
In accordance with sub-paragraphs 2, 3, 4 of paragraph 1 of Article 107 of the Social Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Order of the Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 17, 2023 No. 446 "On approval of the Rules for quotas of jobs for employment of citizens from among young people who have lost or remained without parental care until the age of majority, who are graduates of organizations education, persons released from places of deprivation of liberty, persons, registered probation service" (registered in the Register of State registration of regulatory legal acts No. 33564) Akimat of Aktobe region DECIDES:
To establish a quota of jobs for the employment of citizens of the Aktobe region from among young people who have lost or remained without parental care until the age of majority, who are graduates of educational institutions for 2023 in accordance with Annex 1 to this resolution.
To establish a quota of jobs in the Aktobe region for the employment of persons released from prison for 2023 in accordance with Annex 2 to this resolution.
To establish a quota of jobs in the Aktobe region for the employment of persons registered with the probation service for 2023 in accordance with Annex 3 to this resolution.
4. The State Institution "Department of Coordination of Employment and Social Programs of Aktobe region" in accordance with the procedure established by law, ensure the direction of this resolution in Kazakh and Russian to the Republican State Enterprise on the right of economic management "Institute of Legislation and Legal Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan" of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan for official publication and inclusion in the Reference Control Bank of regulatory legal acts Of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
5. To assign control over the execution of this resolution to the supervising deputy akim of the Aktobe region.
6. This resolution shall enter into force from the date of its first official publication.
