As of July 1, 2023, 198 applications were received (134 from individuals and 64 from legal entities). The qualitative composition of the total number of appeals is: applications - 116, complaints - 17, proposals - 31, others (message, request, response) - 34.The Department considered - 155 received appeals, as follows:an administrative act was adopted - 47 (of which a favorable administrative act - 25, an onerous administrative act - 22); an answer was given to the applicant - 45; terminated - 2; taken into account - 12; other - 49; of these, 39 were sent for consideration to other state bodies within their competence for consideration on the merits and decision-making in a legal manner; 4 appeals are in progress.The deadline for consideration of appeals was not extended. In addition, the appeals considered in violation of the deadlines and in violation of the deadline for redirection have not been established.There were no complaints from applicants and higher authorities for poor-quality preparation of responses to citizens' appeals.By the nature of the analysis of the received appeals of individuals and legal entities, it was found that a significant part of the appeals are statements and complaints on social issues. In particular, issues of labor and employment of the population, social security, provision of special social services, provision of social assistance. Among the most common problems in this area are problems related to the employment of the population (receiving grants), assistance in employment. As of July 1, 2023, 36 applications were received through the unified electronic document management system (8 from individuals, 28 - legal entities).All requests were answered within the time limits established by law.In order to ensure compliance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of reception, registration, accounting and consideration of appeals of individuals /legal entities and the full inclusion of accounting data in the automated information system "Unified accounting of appeals of persons" (AIS EUOL), the Department of the Committee on Legal Statistics and Special Records of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Aktobe region on an ongoing basis to conduct reconciliation. In the administration building, on the 1st floor there is a special box for receiving letters and appeals from citizens. As of July 1, 2023, no appeals were registered. Compliance with the requirements of the Administrative Procedural Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan and compliance with the rule of law when considering received appeals to the IS "e-Onish" and AIS "EUOL" are under constant control of the management of the department.
