Information about received applications of individuals and legal entities for 2022
In total, 320 applications were received from individuals and legal entities in 2022 (215 - from individuals and 105 - from legal entities). The qualitative composition of the total number of appeals: appeals - 209, complaints - 17, proposals - 23, others (messages, requests, response) - 71.Management, received - 269 appeals are considered as follows:an administrative act was adopted - 169 (of which a favorable administrative act - 100, a burdensome administrative act - 69); a response to the applicant - 61; terminated - 10; taken note of -17; other - 12; of these, 47 appeals were sent for consideration to other bodies under jurisdiction.The deadline for consideration of appeals was not extended. In addition, the appeals considered in violation of the deadlines and in violation of the deadline have not been redirected.There were no complaints from the applicants and higher authorities on the poor preparation of responses to citizens' appeals.By the nature of the analysis of the received appeals of individuals and legal entities, it was found that a significant part of the appeals are statements and complaints on social issues. In particular, issues of labor and employment of the population, social security, rehabilitation of disabled people, provision of material assistance. Among the most common problems in this area are problems related to the employment of the population, assistance in employment. Through the unified electronic document management system (USEDO), 174 requests were received in 2022 (78 - from individuals, 96 - legal entities).All requests were answered within the time limits established by law.In order to ensure compliance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of reception, registration, accounting and consideration of appeals of individuals /legal entities and the full inclusion of accounting data in the automated information system "Unified accounting of appeals of persons" (AIS EUOL), the Department of the Committee on Legal Statistics and Special Records of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Aktobe region on an ongoing basis to conduct reconciliation. In the administration building, on the 1st floor there is a special box for receiving letters and appeals from citizens. No appeals were registered in 2022. Compliance with the requirements of the Administrative Procedural Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan and compliance with the rule of law when considering received appeals to the IS "e-Onish" and AIS "EUOL" are under constant control of the management of the department.
