The purpose of the program 256-001 "Services for the implementation of state policy at the local level in the field of employment and the implementation of social programs for the population" is to ensure the activities of the management apparatus.
The purpose of the program 256-002 "Provision of special social services for the elderly and disabled in general medical and social institutions (organizations), in centers for the provision of special social services, in social service centers" is to improve the quality of life of the elderly, disabled, as well as children with neuropsychiatric diseases in inpatient organizations by providing high-quality staff of special social services, as well as a constant increase in the level of medical and material services.
The purpose of the program 256-013 "Provision of special social services for the disabled with neuropsychiatric diseases, in neuropsychiatric medical and social institutions (organizations), in centers for the provision of special social services, in social service centers" is the formation of an effective system of social protection of the population of the region for the provision of special social services for the disabled with neuropsychiatric diseases, in neuropsychiatric medical and social institutions.
The purpose of the program 256-014 "Provision of special social services for the elderly, disabled people, including disabled children, in rehabilitation centers" is to provide qualified medical rehabilitation assistance (rehabilitation treatment and medical rehabilitation) to persons with disabilities of the Aktobe region.
The purpose of the program 256-044 "Implementation of migration measures at the local level" is to implement state policy within its competence in the field of population migration through the provision of legal advisory and legal services for further obtaining citizenship of the Republic of Kazakhstan in a simplified manner.
The purpose of the program 256-063 "Provision of budget loans to promote the entrepreneurial initiative of youth" is to reduce the unemployment rate among young people.
The purpose of the program 256-067 "Capital expenditures of subordinate state institutions and organizations" is to provide the material and technical base of subordinate state institutions and organizations.
The purpose of the program 256-113 "Targeted current transfers to lower budgets" is to increase the efficiency of providing services to the low-income population and removing low-income families from the poverty line by increasing incomes and attracting unemployed recipients of targeted social assistance to active employment measures, providing active measures to promote employment, ensuring the rights and improving the quality of life of disabled people in the region.
