About the work done by the employment agencies and
social programs of the region
for 2021.
Providing employment and improving the blog status of the region's population is one of the main priorities of the region's development.
Blog for the implementation of the "Enbek" Program, the main goal of which is to involve the self–employed and unemployed population in active economic activity as much as possible.
In order to increase the level of employment, improve the living conditions of the population, reduce the unemployment rate in the region, the implementation of the Enbek program has a positive effect.
The main goal of the program is to promote productive employment of the population and involve citizens in entrepreneurship.
In order to prevent the growth of unemployment, a set of measures is being taken to create new jobs, 51,684 new jobs were created in 2021, 66.1% of them permanent jobs (34,139 units).
On the basis of the "Enbek" program, 56,049 unemployed and self-employed have been involved in active employment measures since the beginning of the year.
Including:
- 1085 people were sent for technical and vocational training;
- 993 people were sent for short-term vocational training out of 906 people who completed it, 829 people were employed;
- 1500 people have been trained in the basics of entrepreneurship under the Bastau Business project;
- 1,455 grants were issued for the implementation of business ideas in the amount of 840.6 million tenge, V.T.ch youth - 461 people.
- issued microcredits to 689 people . in the amount of 4209.3 million tenge;
- 34,248 people were employed for vacant jobs;
- for social jobs 2,071 people;
- for youth practice 2,515 people .
- 11,104 people were sent for public works;
- 90 people are employed in the "First Workplace" project;
- 88 people were employed in the project "Contract of Generations".
Social assistance
Targeted social assistance was assigned to 30,607 low-income citizens living in 6,131 families, and their 8,809 children aged 1 to 6 years were given a guaranteed social package.
Housing assistance has been provided to 696 families in the region.
In order to provide additional support, according to the decisions of local representative and executive bodies, various benefits, additional payments and compensations were provided to 36,967 citizens in the amount of 2,074.4 million tenge.
Social support for persons
with disabilities
Since 2021, in accordance with individual rehabilitation programs for the disabled, 55 types of social services are provided on the Portal, which received 15,863 persons with disabilities in the amount of 1.8 billion tenge.
The following centers operate in the region to provide special social services to persons with disabilities in a hospital setting:
- KSU "Social Service Center No. 1" (boarding house for the elderly and disabled), where 193 foster children live.
-KSU "Social Service Center No. 2" (psychoneurological boarding house), where 430 foster children live.
In 2021, within the framework of the state social order, Social rehabilitation Centers for children and adults with disabilities were opened for the first time in the region.
In addition, the Social Support Center for Citizens with Disabilities "Ten Qogam" has started its work, which provided consulting services on employment of persons with disabilities.
Also, within the framework of the state social order, transport services were provided by Invataxi services to 1105 persons with disabilities with disorders of the musculoskeletal system, vision and hearing. In 2021, the adaptation of social infrastructure facilities for people with special needs amounted to 258 objects.
