In the President's Address “the growth of the welfare of Kazakhstanis: improving the quality of life and the quality of life”, the President instructed to implement the project “regions without corruption” in all regions of the country.

In order to implement the Address of the Head of State to the people of Kazakhstan dated October 5, 2018 "the growth of the welfare of Kazakhstanis: improving the quality of income and life" with the participation of the Chairman of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs and Combating Corruption T.G. Shpekbayev and the Akim of the Aktobe region B. Sapabaev On December 21, 2018, the project office "Aqtóbe - adaldyq alańy" was opened.

Objective of the project is to eradicate corruption in everyday life, improve the quality of public services, create barrier-free and favorable conditions for citizens and businesses, and ensure transparency and openness of government bodies.

The task of the project "Aqtóbe - adaldyq alańy" is to increase the trust of the citizens of the region to the institutions of state power, reduce the level of corruption and create a public atmosphere of rejection of corruption.

The project has 4 main directions. It:

1) eradication of everyday corruption;

2) creation of favorable conditions for citizens;

3) the formation of a public atmosphere of rejection of corruption;

4) the formation of an anti-corruption culture among the population.

The main goal is to reduce everyday corruption, reduce the risk of corruption, improve the quality of public services and public confidence in the state apparatus.

In order to determine the transparency of state bodies, reduce administrative barriers and prevent risks of corruption, it is planned to introduce the principle of transferring to the position of an open office (open space).

The project is aimed at eradicating everyday corruption in all areas of government.

On this basis, in the shortest possible time, a significant work of the project office can be noted.

To date, on social networks Facebook, Instagram under the name "Aqtóbe - adaldyq alańy", a work plan of the Project Office for 2019 has been developed, the composition of the expert council.

According to the plan, the employees of the project offices with the participation of society activists carried out a raid on December 28-30, 2018 to identify the facts of excessive use of state official vehicles, as a result of which 9 facts of offenses were revealed.

During the meeting, first of all, an external analysis was approved to identify corruption risks in the activities of state bodies in the social sphere.

Work in the above sectors and areas will be carried out by project teams created on the basis of each industry, from the deputy heads of the state body, members of the expert council, employees of project offices and community activists in accordance with the work plan.
