KGP "Uly Borsyk"

On September 8, 2022, the Department of the Committee for Regulation of Natural Monopolies of the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Aktobe region held a press tour with a visit to the facilities of the KGP "Uly Borsyk", in order to familiarize with the progress of modernization and reconstruction of facilities in accordance with investment obligations and repair work plan.
The press tour was attended by the chief specialist of the State Institution "Shalkar District Department of Architecture, Housing and Communal Services, Passenger Transport and Highways" Simbetov Medet Zhensikbaevich, correspondent of the newspaper "Shalkar" Danekerov Mirlan Dauletovich and other interested persons.
KGP "Uly Borsyk" is a natural monopoly entity providing regulated services for water supply, sanitation and heat supply in the Shalkarsky district.
In turn, the Department of the Committee for Regulation of Natural Monopolies of the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Aktobe region approved the investment program for 2021-2026 KGP "Uly Borsyk" for a total amount of 74 953.43 thousand tenge, of which 16 886.27 thousand tenge are provided for 2022, including heat supply – 3 977.84 thousand tenge, for water supply – 9 922.10 thousand tenge, for sanitation – 2 986.33 thousand tenge.
Investment program for water supply services in 2022, an event is planned to overhaul the water supply system in Ulpan station, junction 66 with a length of 2500m (14.5-17 km) in the amount of 9,922.10 thousand tenge.
For 2022, an investment program for the repair of sewage pumping station No. 1 in the city of Shalkar in the amount of 2 986.33 thousand tenge is planned for sanitation services.
For 2022, an investment program for the overhaul of the boiler house of the city akimat of Shalkar in the amount of 3,977.84 thousand tenge is planned for heat supply services.
All the work carried out contributed to the stable operation of the enterprise and the improvement of the quality of services provided by it.
To date, following the results of the implementation of the approved investment program, the following indicators have been achieved:
Reduction of losses, so for the period of implementation of the investment program for water supply services, losses from 12.83% to 12.78%, for thermal energy from 18.2% to 18.1%, emergency situations by 0.078% for water supply services and by 0.51% for sanitation services;
Uninterrupted and high-quality provision of services to consumers;
Reducing the level of wear;
