For agricultural purposes:
On the territory of the district there are 614 various economic structures using agricultural land, a total of 2455073 hectares. Of these, arable land occupied 25 hectares, fallow land-52 hectares, hayfields-3250 hectares, pastures-2529802 hectares.
During this reporting time, 26 private farms returned 51,212 hectares of land to the reserve fund of the district due to the lack of opportunities for further farming and land reduction.
When renting out land plots for agricultural production, a District Commission has been established and work is underway to organize and conduct competitions. For the re-introduction of returned land plots into circulation for agricultural use in 2023, 1 competition was held. 33 land plots with a total area of 70,700 hectares were submitted to the competition, as a result of which the winners were determined and land plots were awarded to 21 land plots with a total area of 49,165 hectares.
On individual housing:
For the construction of individual housing in shalkar for 2023, 154 land plots are provided, the plan was fully implemented in December. 15 land plots for housing were returned to the Reserve Land Fund of the city.
Currently, 1,492 citizens are registered in the queue for land plots for individual housing construction in Shalkar.
For 12 months of 2023, contracts were signed for 134 land users for business purposes in the district for steel land plots with an area of 92763.32 square meters in the amount of 18726880 tenge. For 12 months of 2023, on the basis of a previously concluded contract for the sale of land plots for individual housing construction, 12388130 tenge was credited to the budget.
In the district, for 12 months of 2023, 506 land plots (land area 17120.89034 hectares, rental cost 42236235 tenge) were registered, which were leased to 486 land users. For 12 months of 2023, contracts were concluded for the lease of a land plot with an area of 16.029824 hectares to 100 land users (including 27 land plots for business purposes-14829.49971 hectares), from the beginning of 2023 to the present time, 42236235 tenge was allocated to the budget from the lease of land plots. In total, to date, 662 entrepreneurs have been registered in the district, who have received private ownership of 390026.73 square meters of land for business purposes.
In shalkar district, land management projects were developed for 12 land plots with a total area of 43454 square meters, 5 land plots with a total area of 3.0324 hectares were sold through an electronic auction, and 3358753 tenge was allocated to the budget.
