Citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan, whose only dwelling is recognized as an emergency in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In accordance with paragraph 4 of Article 74 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Housing Relations "(hereinafter-the Law), the first-priority right to receive housing from the state housing fund or housing rented by a local executive body in a private housing fund is granted to veterans of the Great Patriotic War, orphans and children left without parental care, mothers with many children.
