On amendments to the decision of the regional Maslikhat No. 349 dated December 11, 2015 "On approval of the Rules for the maintenance and protection of green spaces, Rules for the improvement of territories of cities and settlements of the Aktobe region"

 

DECIDED:

1. To make the following changes to the decision of the regional Maslikhat No. 349 dated December 11, 2015 "On approval of the Rules for the maintenance and protection of green spaces, Rules for the improvement of territories of cities and settlements of the Aktobe region" (registered in the Register of State Registration of Regulatory Legal Acts No. 4686):

The rules for the maintenance and protection of green spaces in the territories of cities and settlements of the Aktobe region, approved by the specified decision, shall be amended in accordance with the annex to this decision.

This decision shall enter into force after ten calendar days after the day of its first official publication.
