to the draft decision “On amendments to the decision of the regional maslikhat odated September 20, 2019 No. 458 “On approval of the Rules for burial and organizing the care of graves in the Aktobe region”
In accordance with paragraph 5 of Article 25 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Legal Acts”, paragraph 1-5 of Article 27, subparagraphs 32 and 33 of paragraph 1 of Article 31, paragraph 1-2 of Article 33, subparagraph 21-1) of paragraph 1 of Article 35 of the Law “On Local Government and Self-Government in the Republic of Kazakhstan” State Institution “Department of Construction, Architecture and Urban Planning of the Aktobe Region” developed a draft decision of the Aktobe regional maslikhat “On Amendments to the decision of the regional maslikhat dated September 20, 2019 No. 458 “On the approval of the Rules for burial and the organization of the case for the care of graves in the Aktobe region”.
The main goal of the above project is to bring the decision of the regional maslikhat in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation.
For the implementation of this draft decision, additional funding and staffing expansion are not required.
