PRESS RELEASE
to the draft decision "On amendments to the decision of the regional Maslikhat No. 349 dated December 11, 2015 "On approval of the Rules for improving the territories of cities and settlements of the Aktobe region"
Due to the loss of force of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 9, 2007 N212 by the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 2, 2021 No. 400-VI SAM;
In accordance with the amendment of paragraph 5 of Article 25 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 6, 2016 No. 480-V ZRK "On Legal Acts" as amended by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 12, 2021 No. 15-VII ZRK "On amendments and additions to certain Legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on improving rule-making";
In connection with the adoption of the order of the Acting Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 25, 2020 No. KR DSM-331/2020 On the approval of Sanitary Rules "Sanitary and epidemiological requirements for the collection, use, application, neutralization, transportation, storage and disposal of production and consumption waste". The State Institution "Department of Construction, Architecture and Urban Planning of the Aktobe region" has developed a draft decision of the Aktobe regional Maslikhat "On amendments to the decision of the regional Maslikhat No. 349 dated December 11, 2015" On approval of the Rules for the maintenance and protection of green spaces, Rules for the improvement of the territories of cities and settlements of the Aktobe region".
The main purpose of the above-mentioned project is to bring the decision of the regional maslikhat in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation.
For the implementation of this draft decision, additional funding and expansion of the staff number are not required.
