On amendments to the decision of the regional maslikhat No. 349 dated December 11, 2015 «On approval of the Rules for improving the territories of cities and settlements of the Aktobe region»
In accordance with Article 505 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Administrative Offenses", subparagraph 5) of Article 19 of the Environmental Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, subparagraph 4-2) of paragraph 1 and paragraph 2-2 of Article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Local Public Administration and Self-Government in the Republic of Kazakhstan" and the order of the Minister of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 20, 2015 No. 235 " On approval of Standard Rules for the maintenance and protection of green spaces, the rules of improvement of the territories of cities and settlements and the Rules for the provision of the state service "Issuance of a permit for cutting down trees", registered in the Register of State Registration of Regulatory legal acts No. 10886, the Aktobe regional Maslikhat DECIDED:
1. Make the following changes to the decision of the regional maslikhat No. 349 of December 11, 2015 "On approval of the Rules for landscaping the territories of cities and settlements of the Aktobe region" (registered in the Register of State Registration of Regulatory Legal Acts No. 4686) :
in the Rules of improvement of the territories of cities and settlements of the Aktobe region, approved by the specified decision:
paragraph 35 should be amended as follows:
«35. On the territory of households there are special platforms for placing containers with convenient entrances for specialized transport in accordance with the requirements of paragraph 22 of the Sanitary Rules "Sanitary and epidemiological requirements for municipal facilities", approved by Order of the Minister of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 3, 2015 No. 183 (registered in the Register of State Registration of Regulatory Legal Acts under No. 10796) and paragraphs 55, 56, 57 and 58 of the Sanitary Rules " Sanitary and epidemiological requirements for collection, use, application, neutralization, transportation, storage and disposal of production and consumption waste", approved by the order of the Acting Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 25, 2020 No. KR DSM-331/2020 (registered in the Register of State Registration of Regulatory Legal Acts under No. 21934).";
2. Control over the implementation of this decision should be entrusted to the supervising deputy akim of the region.
3. This decision shall enter into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
