to the draft decision «On amendments to the decision of the regional maslikhat No. 349 dated December 11, 2015 «On approval of the Rules for improving the territories of cities and settlements of the Aktobe region»
In accordance with Article 505 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On Administrative Offenses», subparagraph 5) of Article 19 of the Environmental Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, subparagraph 4-2) of paragraph 1 and paragraph 2-2 of Article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On Local Public Administration and Self-Government in the Republic of Kazakhstan» and the order of the Minister of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 20, 2015 No. 235 " On approval of Standard Rules for the maintenance and protection of green spaces, rules for the improvement of the territories of cities and settlements and the Rules for the provision of the state service «Issuance of a permit for cutting down trees», registered in the Register of State Registration of Normative Legal Acts No. 10886, the State Institution «Department of Construction, Architecture and Urban Planning of the Aktobe region» has developed a draft decision of the Aktobe regional Maslikhat On amendments to the decision of the regional Maslikhat No. 349 dated December 11, 2015 «On approval of the Rules for the maintenance and protection of green spaces, Rules of improvement of territories of cities and settlements of the Aktobe region».
The main purpose of the above-mentioned project is to bring the decision of the regional maslikhat in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation.
For the implementation of this draft decision, additional funding and expansion of the staff number are not required.
