On amendments to the decision of the regional maslikhat № 349 of December 11, 2015 «On approval of the Rules for the maintenance and protection of green spaces, Rules for the improvement of the territories of cities and settlements of the Aktobe region»
In accordance with Article 386 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 5, 2014 «On Administrative Offenses», subparagraph 5) of Article 19 of the Environmental Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 9, 2007, subparagraph 4-2) of paragraph 1 and paragraph 2-2 of Article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 23, 2001 «On Local State Administration and Self-Government in the Republic of Kazakhstan» and the order of the Minister of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 20, 2015 No. 235 «On approval of Standard Rules for the maintenance and protection of green spaces, the rules of improvement of the territories of cities and settlements and the Rules for the provision of the state service «Issuance of a permit for cutting down trees», registered in the Register of State Registration of Regulatory legal acts No. 10886, the Aktobe regional Maslikhat DECIDED:
1. Make the following changes to the decision of the regional maslikhat No. 349 dated December 11, 2015 «On approval of the Rules for the maintenance and protection of green spaces, Rules for the improvement of the territories of cities and settlements of the Aktobe region" (registered in the Register of State Registration of Regulatory Legal Acts No. 4686, published on January 29, 2016 in the information and legal system of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan "Adilet") :
in the Rules for the maintenance and protection of green spaces of the territories of cities and settlements of the Aktobe region, approved by the said decision, set out in a new version according to the annex to this decision.
2. This decision shall enter into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
