PRESS RELEASE
to the draft decision «On amendments to the decision of the regional maslikhat № 349 dated December 11, 2015 «On approval of the Rules for the maintenance and protection of green spaces, Rules for the improvement of the territories of cities and settlements of the Aktobe region»
In accordance with Article 386 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 5, 2014 «On Administrative Offenses», subparagraph 5) of Article 19 of the Environmental Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 9, 2007, subparagraph 4-2) of paragraph 1 and paragraph 2-2 of Article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 23, 2001 «On Local State Administration and Self-Government in the Republic of Kazakhstan» and the order of the Minister of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 20, 2015 No. 235 «On approval of Standard Rules for the maintenance and protection of green spaces, rules for the improvement of the territories of cities and settlements and Rules for the provision of state services «Issuance of a permit for cutting down trees», registered in the register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 10886, the State Institution «Department of Construction, Architecture and Urban Planning of the Aktobe region» has developed a draft decision of the Aktobe regional Maslikhat " On amendments to the decision of the regional Maslikhat No. 349 of December 11, 2015 «On approval of the Rules for the maintenance and protection of green spaces, Rules of improvement of territories of cities and settlements of the Aktobe region».
The main purpose of the above-mentioned project is to bring the decision of the regional maslikhat in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation.
For the implementation of this draft decision, additional funding and expansion of the staff number are not required.
