The main indicator that characterizes the construction industry is the volume of construction work performed.
The plan for the volume of completed construction works for 2020 is 200.5 billion tenge or 102.5%.
According to the results of the reporting period January-October 2020, the volume of construction work performed in the Aktobe region corresponds to 157.3 billion tenge or 112.2% compared to the corresponding period of 2019.
According to the Memorandum signed between the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the akim of Aktobe region, the plan for housing commissioning from all sources of financing is 1024.8 thousand m2 (7200 apartments).
According to the reporting period for January-October 2020, 693.0 thousand m2 of housing was commissioned in the region from all sources of financing, or 100.5% by the corresponding period of 2019.
It is planned to achieve this indicator in the following areas:
- 55,3 thousand m2 of credit housing under the ZHSSBK or 1105 apartments.
These are multi-storey and low-rise residential buildings in the Nur-Aktobe residential area for a total amount of 13.6 billion tenge due to a repayable loan.
To date, a low-rise residential building No. 12 in the MD has been put into operation. No. 4 Nur-Aktobe railway station, 5.7 billion tenge was spent.
- 10.6 thousand m2 of rent-free housing or 159 apartments.
This is a 9-storey residential building No. 23 in MKR. No. 4 residential area "Nur-Aktobe" for large families.
3.5 billion tenge was allocated from the national budget and 635.7 million tenge from the regional budget for the construction of this project. As a result of ten months of this year, 2.2 billion tenge was spent.
In addition, this year the national budget allocated 1.1 billion tenge for the purchase of 141 ready-made apartments for large families in the region. As of October 1, 2020, 65 ready-made apartments were purchased in the region for the amount of 368.4 million tenge.
- 196.7 thousand m2 of commercial housing at the expense of non-state enterprises in Aktobe or 1937 apartments.
These are multi-apartment residential buildings in the Batys railway array of such developers as: "SK Aktobe" LLP, "Nektar" PC, "K7 Group" LLP, "Zavodsvetotehnika W" LLP, "Investcomplex" LLP, "Edelweiss" LLP, "Keremetuy" HBC, "SMP Group" LLP, etc.
As of January-October, non-state enterprises commissioned 190.3 thousand m2 or 1775 apartments. Of these, 15 houses in the city of Aktobe and 1 residential building in the city of Khromtau.
- 762.2 thousand m2 of individual housing or 3999 houses at the expense of the population in Aktobe and districts of the region.
According to the results of 10 months, 489.0 thousand m2 or 2583 houses were commissioned in the region.
For 2020, the Nurly Zher program provides 9286.9 million tenge for the construction of engineering and communication infrastructure, including 7892.3 million tenge from the national budget and 1394.6 million tenge from the local budget.
It is planned to use these funds to build 518 km of engineering networks (electricity, gas, water and sewer lines). Of these, 483 kV is used for connecting utility networks to individual residential buildings and 35 km to multi-storey residential buildings.
