On the progress of the implementation of the State Housing Construction Program "Nurly Zher" The main indicator characterizing the construction industry is the volume of construction work performed. At the end of the reporting period for January-February 2020, the volume of construction work completed amounted to 9.2 billion tenge, or 100.6%. According to the Memorandum concluded between the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Akim of the Aktobe region, the plan for commissioning housing from all sources of financing is 940.0 thousand m2 of housing. According to the results of the reporting period for January-February 2020, 110.0 thousand m2 of housing was commissioned from all sources of financing, or 128.2% compared to the corresponding period of 2019. However, we are faced with an ambitious task to bring the indicator of housing commissioning to 1050.0 million square meters or 9000 apartments. Achievement of the indicator is planned in the following areas: - 126.4 thousand m2 of credit housing under the ZhSSBK line or 2322 apartments (these are 10 three-story residential buildings, 1 five-story residential building, 4 nine-story residential buildings in the Nur-Aktobe residential area for a total of 18 billion tenge, of which 7.0 billion tenge from the MB and 11.0 billion tenge from the Republic of Belarus); - 33.6 thousand m2 of rental housing without the right of purchase or 534 apartments (these are 3 and 9-storey residential buildings in Aktobe, Alginsky, Khromtausky, Kargalinsky (Badamsha village) districts of the region for socially vulnerable segments of the population 373 apartments and for large families 161 apartments worth 3.5 billion tenge from the Republic of Belarus); - 21.3 thousand m2 of credit housing under the SEC line or 315 apartments (at the expense of SEC's own funds for employees); - 170.0 thousand m2 of commercial housing at the expense of non-state enterprises in Aktobe or 1,829 apartments (these are multi-apartment residential buildings in the Batys residential area of such developers as: SK Aktobe LLP, Nektar PK, Zavodsvetotekhnika W "," Investkompleks "LLP," Edelweiss "LLP," K7 Group "LLP," Safina "ZhCK," Keremetui "ZhCK," Kvartira 04 "ZhKK," SMP Group "LLP, etc.); - 699.0 thousand m2 of individual housing or 4000 houses at the expense of the population in Aktobe and districts of the region. In addition, this year 1.0 billion tenge has been allocated from the republican budget in the region for large families, and 122 finished apartments will be purchased for these funds.
