The main indicator characterizing the construction industry is the volume of construction work performed. At the end of the 12 months of 2019, the volume of construction work completed amounted to 193.7 billion tenge or 105.8%. According to the memorandum concluded between the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the akim of the Aktobe region, the plan for commissioning housing from all sources of funding is 939.5 thousand m2. At the end of January-December 2019, 1,021.2 thousand square meters were commissioned from all sources of financing. meters of housing or 112.4% to the corresponding period of 2018. The target was achieved due to the construction of housing in the following areas: - 88.2 thousand m2 of credit housing or 1,352 apartments (these are 9 three-storey residential buildings, 6 four-storey residential buildings, a five-storey residential building, 4 nine-storey residential buildings in the Nur Aktobe residential area); - 4.5 thousand m2 of rental housing without the right to purchase or 56 apartments (these are 1, 2, 4 and 9-storey residential buildings in Aktobe and districts of the region); - 12.1 thousand m2 of rental and communal housing at the expense of the MB or 168 apartments (these are 1.2.8 square meters of residential buildings in Kobdinsky, Mugalzharsky, and Uilsky districts of the region); - 169.6 thousand m2 of commercial housing at the expense of non-state enterprises in Aktobe or 1,735 apartments (this is the Moscow Railways in the Batys residential area of such developers as: SK Aktobe LLP, Nektar PK, Zavodsvetekhnika LLP , LLP "Investkompleks", LLP "Edelweiss", LLP "K7 Group", HCC "Safina", HCC "Keremet uy", HCC "Kvartira 04", LLP "SMP Group", etc.); - 746.8 thousand m2 of individual housing or 3715 houses at the expense of the population in Aktobe and districts of the region. In 2019, within the framework of the Nurly Zher program, 5478.1 million tenge is provided for the construction of engineering and communication infrastructure, including from the republican budget - 4448.2 million tenge, the local budget - 1029.9 million tenge. These funds involved 350 km of engineering networks (power supply, gas supply, water supply and sewerage lines). 5,600.0 million tenge was allocated for the construction of credit residential buildings; by the end of 2019, the planned 5,132.9 million tenge were spent. 4133.7 million tenge from the Republic of Belarus, 798.6 million tenge from the MB were allocated for the construction of rental residential buildings without the right to purchase. By the end of the year, 4932.3 million tenge were spent. In the 3-4th quarter of 2019, 78 apartments for low-income families were purchased in the Aktobe region. At the end of 2019, 34 apartments were purchased in Aktobe, 5 apartments in Alginsky district, 4 apartments in Aytekebi district, 3 apartments in Baiganinsky district, 2 apartments in Irgiz district, 3 apartments in Kargalinsky district, 2 apartments in Khobdinsky district, 5 apartments in Mugalzhar district, 3 apartments in Martuk district, 6 apartments in Uilsky district, 5 apartments in Khromtau district, 4 apartments in Temir district and 2 apartments in Shalkar district.
