"On the establishment of a public easement»
State Institution "Department of Land Relations in the Mugalzhar district" approves the draft decision on the establishment of a public easement :
Establish a public easement for land plots located on the territory of the Egindibulak rural district of the Mugalzhar district with a total area of 684,1588 hectares without withdrawal from land users, for mineral exploration by the joint-stock company "ERG Exploration" for a period up to July 28, 2026.
The State institution "Department of Land Relations in the Mugalzhar district" in accordance with the procedure established by law to provide:
1) state registration of this decision in the Department of Justice of the Aktobe region;
2)ensure that this resolution is posted on the Internet resource of the Mayor's Office of Mugalzhar district after its official publication.
Control over the implementation of this resolution shall be entrusted to the supervising deputy akim of the district.
This resolution shall enter into force from the date of its first official publication.
The draft decision "On the establishment of a public easement" " is posted on the website www.mugalzhar.aktobe.gov.kz On April 7, 2021, on the portal of open regulatory legal acts e-gov on April 7, 2021, the conclusion of the public council of the Mugalzhar district was received by letter No. 35 of April 7, 2021.
