In accordance with article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 23, 2001 "On local government and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", article 50 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 6, 2016 "On legal acts", by the resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 30, 2009 No. 2314 "On approval of the Rules for the provision of housing assistance."
