PRESS RELEASE
to the draft decision of the Mughalzhar Maslikhat
«On the establishment of a public easement»
State Institution "Department of Land Relations in the Mugalzhar district" approves the draft decision on the establishment of a public easement :
1. Establish a public easement for a land plot located on the territory of the Mugalzhar district with a total area of 1300 hectares without withdrawal from land users, for the exploration of minerals by the limited liability partnership "Altynsai Progress", for a period of up to October 6, 2026.
2. The State institution "Department of Land Relations in the Mugalzhar district" in accordance with the procedure established by law to provide:
1) state registration of this decision in the Department of Justice of the Aktobe region;
2) ensure the placement of this resolution on the Internet resource of the akimat of the Mugalzhar district after its official publication.
3. Control over the implementation of this resolution shall be assigned to the supervising deputy akim of the district.
4. This resolution shall enter into force from the date of its first official publication.
The draft decision "On the establishment of a public easement" " is posted on the website www.mugalzhar.aktobe.gov.kz On December 15, 2020, on the portal of open regulatory legal acts e-gov on December 15, 2020, the conclusion of the public council of the Mugalzhar district was received by letter No. 116 of December 20, 2020.
