"on the establishment of a public easement»
State institution "Department of land relations in the Mugalzhar district" approves the draft resolution on the establishment of a public easement :
1. To establish a public easement on land located on the territory of Mugalzhar district total area of 1 hectares without removing from land for mineral exploration individual entrepreneur "Ivakhnenko Maxim" for a period up to 25 November 2023.
2. the State institution "Department of land relations in the Mugalzhar district" in accordance with the procedure established by law to provide:
1) state registration of this decision in the Department of justice of the Aktobe region;
2) ensure that this resolution is posted on the Internet resource of the akimat of the Mugalzhar district after its official publication.
3. control over the implementation of this resolution shall be assigned to the supervising Deputy akim of the district.
4. This resolution shall enter into force from the date of its first official publication.
The draft decision "on the establishment of a public easement" " is posted on the website www.mugalzhar.aktobe.gov.kz on December 5, 2020, on the portal of open regulatory legal acts e-gov on December 5, 2020, the conclusion of the public Council of the Mugalzhar district was received by letter No. 114 of December 11, 2020.
