4) balance on operations with financial assets – 0,0 thousand tenge;
acquisition of financial assets – 0,0 thousand tenge;
proceeds from the sale of financial assets of the state – 0,0 thousand tenge;
5)budget deficit– surplus) - 0,0 thousand tenge;
6) financing of the budget deficit (using the surplus)– 0,0 thousand tenge;
receipt of loans – 0,0 thousand tenge;

The draft decision "on approval of the budget of Kumsayk rural district for 2021-2023" is posted on the website www.mugalzhar.aktobe.gov.kz on December 24, 2020, on the portal of open regulatory legal acts e-gov on December 11, 2020, the conclusion of the public Council of the Mugalzhar district was received by letter No. 123 of December 23, 2020.
