PRESS RELEASE
to the draft decision «On approval of the Mugalzhar
district budget for 2021-2023»
In accordance with paragraph 2 of Article 9 of the Budget Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 4, 2008, Article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 23, 2001 "On Local State Administration and Self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", the Mugalzhar district Maslikhat DECIDED to:
1. Approve the Mugalzhar district budget for 2021-2023 in accordance with Annexes 1, 2 and 3, including for 2021 in the following amounts:
1) revenue – 15 121 204,0 thousands of tenge;
tax revenues – 10 397 040,0 тысяч тенге;
non-tax revenues – 163 844,0 тысяч тенге;
proceeds from sale of fixed assets – 54 778,0 тысяч тенге;
transfer receipts – 4 505 542,0 тысяч тенге;
2) costs – 15 121 204,0 тысяч тенге;
3) net budget lending – 5 349,0 тысяч тенге;
budget loans – 21 877,0 тысяч тенге;
repayment of budget loans – 16 528,0 тысяч тенге;
4) balance on transactions with financial assets – 0,0 тысяч тенге;
acquisition of financial assets - 0,0 тысяч тенге;
proceeds from the sale of financial assets of the State – 0,0 тысяч тенге;
5) budget deficit (surplus) – - 5 349,0 тысяч тенге;
6) financing the budget deficit (using the surplus) - 5 349,0 тысяч тенге;
disbursement of loans – 21 877,0 тысяч тенге;
repayment of loans – 16 528,0 тысяч тенге.
The draft decision «On approval of the Mugalzhar district budget for 2021-2023» is available on the website www.mugalzhar.aktobe.gov.kz On December 14, 2020, on the portal of open regulatory legal acts e-gov on November 28, 2020, the conclusion of the public council of the Mugalzhar district was received by letter No. 115 of December 20, 2020.
