In accordance with article 35 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan from January 23, 2001 "About local state management and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", article 10-1 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan from July 10, 2002 "About veterinary science" and on the basis of the presentation of the head of the state institution "Mugalzharskaya regional territorial inspection of Committee of veterinary control and supervision Ministry of agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan" dated 09 November 2020 No. 02-13-4/238, to remove restrictive measures, established on the territory of the Aksu settlement of the Aschesay rural district of the Mugalzhar district, in connection with the complex of veterinary measures to eliminate the focus of the brucellosis disease among cattle.
