to the draft decision "On the removal of restrictive measures and invalidation of the decision of the Akim of Akkemir rural district from April 1, 2020 № 26 "On the establishment of restrictive measures on the territory of the peasant farm" Umit " Koktobe village of Akkemir rural district of Mugalzhar district"
In accordance with Article 35 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 23 January 2001 "On Local State Administration and Self-Government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", Article 10-1 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 10 July 2002 "On Veterinary Medicine" and based on the submission of the head of the state institution "Mugalzhar District Territorial Commission of the Committee for Veterinary Control and Supervision of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan" dated 2 December 2020, No. 02-13-4/256, to lift the restrictive measures established in the territory of Akkemir village of the Akkemir rural district of Mugalzhar district in connection with a complex of veterinary measures on liquidation of a focus of brucellosis disease among cattle.
The draft decision "On the removal of restrictive measures and invalidation of the decision of the Akim of Akkemir rural district from April 1, 2020 № 26 "On the establishment of restrictive measures on the territory of the farm "Umit" Koktobe village of Akkemir rural district Mugalzhar district" is available at www.mugalzhar.aktobe.gov.kz on December 3, 2020, on the portal of open regulatory acts e-gov on December 3, 2020.
