Organization of work on the appointment and payment of targeted social assistance of a new format, one-time, monthly and other social payments from the local and national budgets.
Organization of work to provide social assistance to disabled people and participants of the second world war, home front workers, large families, low-income families, disabled people and children with disabilities in accordance with the decisions of local representative bodies.
Organization of provision and accounting of social assistance from state and non-state sources to socially vulnerable segments of the population.
In the field of employment:

Analysis, forecast of demand and supply of part of the labor force, informing local Executive bodies and the authorized body for employment of the population about the state of the labor market in the region;
Participation in the formation of databases of the unified information system of the social and labor sphere on current vacancies and the forecast of jobs created in the context of popular specialties in projects implemented within the framework of state, government and territorial development programs, as well as private sector initiatives;
Development of social protection measures against unemployment and employment, organization of active measures to promote employment in accordance with the current legislation.
Organization of works on creation of special workplaces for employment of disabled people;
Making proposals to local Executive bodies to identify localities for voluntary relocation of persons to increase labor mobility;
Coordination of the work of the employment center;
Collecting information from employers about the projected need for personnel;
Monitoring organizations with the risks of the release and reduction of workplaces.
In the field of social partnership:

Regulation of labor relations, organization of social partnership between employers and labor collectives /trade unions/.

In the field of organization of work with disabled people:

receiving documents and providing disabled
people with individual helpers and sign language specialists, technical auxiliary (compensatory) means, special means of transportation and Spa treatment in accordance with the individual rehabilitation program of social services;

Preparation of departmental statistical reports and provision of
special social services for single elderly and disabled citizens.
