The state institution "Mugalzhar District Department of Employment and Social Programs" (hereinafter referred to as the state institution) is a state body of the Republic of Kazakhstan that exercises leadership in the field of employment and social programs.

A state institution has departments:

1) communal state institution "Employment Center of the Akimat of Mugalzhar region"

 The state institution carries out its activities in accordance with the Constitution and laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, acts of the President, the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, other regulatory legal acts, as well as the regulation on the state institution "Mugalzhar district department of employment and social programs"

A state institution is a legal entity, has seals and stamps with their name in the state language, forms of the established form, in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, has accounts with the treasury bodies.

A state institution enters into civil law relations from own name.

A public institution has the right to act as a party to civil legal relations on behalf of the state, if it is authorized to do so in accordance with the law.

State institution on issues of its competence inin the order established by law, makes decisions drawn up by orders of the head of a state institution.

In the Kazakh language: "Mұғalzhar audandyk zhumyspen kamtu zhane aleumettik baғdarlamalar bulimі" memlekettіk mekemesі;

In Russian: State Institution "Mugalzhar District Department of Employment and Social Programs".

The authorized body for the management and the founder of the state institution is the Akimat of the Mugalzhar region.

Financing of the activities of a state institution is carried out from the local and republican budgets.

A state institution is prohibited from entering into contractual relations with business entities for the performance of duties that are the functions of a state institution.

 The mission of the state institution: - ensuring the implementation of the state employment policy and social programs in the district.

 The main tasks of a state institution are:

1) Ensuring employment and an effective system of social protection of citizens;

2) Reducing the level of poverty;

3) Strengthening the targeting and effectiveness of social assistance to low-income groups of the population;

4) Ensuring the availability of special social services for persons in difficult life situations;

5) Conducting poverty monitoring.

A state institution performs the functions established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
