In total, the mugalzhar District Department of culture and language development has 39 cultural institutions, including 18 cultural centers and clubs, 18 libraries, 2 museums, and 1 Park.

25 tons of liquid fuel were purchased for the kumsai Village club in the amount of 4,984,000 tenge. To date, all fuel has been delivered to institutions.

Libraries:
8 libraries in the district are included in the "model library", work under the updated program "RABIS", as a result of 9 months, 7565 books were introduced.

According to the final report for 11 months of 2020, a total of 616 cultural events were organized in the mugalzhar district centralized library system, which covered 7,230 people. In addition, in connection with the current state of emergency in the country, 368 online events were held, the number of views was 8570, and competitions and challenges were organized and held in a timely manner.
