On the basis of the land zoning project (scheme) approved by the decision of the Mugalzhar district maslikhat No. 435 dated may 22, 2020 "on approval of land zoning projects (schemes) and correction coefficients to the basic rates of payment for land plots and boundaries of assessment zones in the cities of Kandyagash, Emba, Zhem and rural localities of the Mugalzhar district" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts No. 7134), increase or decrease the basic land tax rates established by articles 504, 505, 506 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 25, 2017 "on taxes and other mandatory payments to the budget (Tax code)" according to the Appendix.
The draft decision "on raising or lowering the basic land tax rates for the Mugalzhar district" is posted on the website www.mugalzhar.aktobe.gov.kz October 20, 2020, on the portal of open regulatory legal acts e-gov October 20, 2020, the conclusion of the public Council of the Mugalzhar district was received by letter No. 83 dated October 23, 2020.
