State Institution "Employment Center of the Mugalzhar District"

The state institution "Employment Center of the Mugalzhar District" was created on the basis of the resolution of the Akimat of the Mugalzhar District of May 5, 2011 No. 166.

By the decree of the akimat of the Mugalzhar region No. 191 of May 16, 2018, the employment center was reorganized into a public utility institution "Employment Center of the Akimat of the Mugalzhar district of the Aktobe region."

The aim of the center is to provide measures to promote employment.

The aim of the center is to implement active measures to promote employment, organize social protection against unemployment. To achieve this goal, the Center carries out the following activities:

1. Assessment and forecast of the state of employment of the population, informing the population about the state of the labor market;
2. Implementation of active measures to promote employment, as well as additional measures to promote employment, funded from the budget, provided by law;
3. Registers job seekers as job seekers and unemployed;
4. Issuance of a certificate of registration as an unemployed person looking for work;
5. In case of loss of work, accepts the necessary documents, the list of which is established by the authorized body for employment, to receive social benefits at the expense of the State Social Insurance Fund and sends them to the State Corporation;
6. Provides social and vocational guidance services;
7. Assists jobseekers and unemployed people in choosing a suitable job, gives directions for employment;
8. Interacts with the state social insurance fund and other interested state bodies, state and non-state organizations, akims of cities, towns, villages, districts on the implementation of measures to promote employment of the population;
9. Maintaining an individual employment card of the unemployed;
10. Concludes a social contract with the participants of the program for increasing the mobility of labor resources, controls its implementation and the application of sanctions in accordance with the law in case of non-compliance;
11. Demonstrates labor mediation;
12. Informs citizens about participation in the Program and provides consulting services, helps in preparing documents, advises them in order to study the needs of candidates, assesses the need for social support for candidates, accepts their documents.
13. Carries out the selection and distribution of social participants in employment promotion activities.
14. Identifies and monitors the demand for labor in the local labor market;
15. Refers to participation in employment promotion activities;
16. Information about the availability of vacancies (vacancies) among employers, as well as graduates of educational institutions who are disabled, persons released from prison, deprived of their parents before reaching adulthood or left without parental care. keeps records of the implementation of quotas for the employment of young people who are;
17. Carries out information and explanatory work among the population on the issues of participation in the Program.
