About the state institution "Mugalzhar district department of entrepreneurship"

 

      The mission of the state institution "Business Administration of the Mugalzhar region" is to support and develop small and medium-sized businesses, trade and tourism in the Mugalzhar region.

Tasks:

1) formation of strategic goals and priorities, the main directions of state policy in the field of entrepreneurship, industrial and innovative development, foreign economic and investment activities;

2) analysis of the state of entrepreneurship development, industrial and innovative development, foreign economic and investment activities of the region.

3) participation in the implementation of state policy in the field of entrepreneurship, industrial and innovative development, foreign economic and investment activities in the region.

 

Functions:

1) development, implementation of programs for support and development of entrepreneurship;

2) participation in the formation and development of regional infrastructure for supporting entrepreneurship;

3) coordination, development and implementation of strategic and regional programs in the field of support and development of entrepreneurship, industrial and innovative development, foreign economic and investment activities of the region.

 

Rights:

1) together with interested local government bodies, participates in determining the procedure for attracting small and medium-sized businesses to the implementation of various government orders and programs;

2) analyzes, predicts and monitors the development of entrepreneurship, industrial and innovative development, foreign economic investment activities of the region;

3) conducts work on the selection of priority projects of small businesses;

4) interacts with banks and financial organizations on financing and lending projects in priority areas;

5) monitors compliance with the current legislation on the support, development and protection of entrepreneurship;

6) the formation of strategic goals and priorities, the main directions of state policy in the field of entrepreneurship, industrial and innovative development, foreign economic and investment activities in the region;

7) analysis of the state of entrepreneurship development, industrial and innovative development, foreign economic and investment activities in the region;

8) participation in the implementation of state policy in the field of entrepreneurship, industrial and innovative development, foreign economic and investment activities in the region;

9) considers applications of state bodies, organizations of citizens, submits conclusions on the support and protection of entrepreneurship;

10) participates in the organization and holding of forums, meetings and seminars on entrepreneurship;

11) interacts with joint and foreign investor companies operating in the district;

12) implementation of other functions assigned to a state institution by legislation;
