The state institution "employment Center of Mugalzhar district" was established on the basis of the decree of the akimat of Mugalzhar district No. 166 dated may 5, 2011.
By the decree of the akimat of the Mugalzhar district No. 191 dated may 16, 2018, the employment center was reorganized into a municipal state institution "employment Center of the akimat of the Mugalzhar district of Aktobe region".
The purpose of the center is to provide measures to promote employment.
The goal of the center is to implement active measures to promote employment, organize social protection against unemployment. To achieve this goal, the Center carries out the following activities:
1. Assessment and forecast of the state of employment of the population, informing the population about the state of the labor market;
2. Implementation of active measures to promote employment, as well as additional measures to promote employment, financed from the budget provided for by law;
3. Registers job seekers as job seekers and unemployed;
4. Issuance of certificate of registration as unemployed looking for a job;
5. in case of job loss, accepts the necessary documents, the list of which is established by the authorized employment body, for receiving social benefits at the expense of the State social insurance Fund and sends them to the State Corporation;
6. Provides social and professional orientation services;
7. Helps job seekers and the unemployed in choosing a suitable job, issues directions for employment;
8. interacts with the state social insurance Fund and other interested state bodies, state and non-governmental organizations, akims of cities, towns, villages, districts on the implementation of measures to promote employment;
9. Maintaining an individual employment card for the unemployed;
10. Enters into a social contract with participants of the labor mobility program, monitors its implementation and the application of sanctions in accordance with the law in case of non-compliance;

Information about the availability of vacancies (vacancies) for employers, as well as graduates of educational institutions who are disabled, persons released from prison, deprived of their parents before reaching the age of majority, or left without parental care. keeps records of the implementation of quotas for the employment of young people who are;
17. Carries out information and explanatory work among the population on participation in the Program.
