GA «Mugalzhar district department of finance»
In 1965, due to the fact that the district center was Kandyagash, the district finance department was established. The district finance department was headed by people who have worked in the financial sector for many years: Balmukhanov Nuren, Birzhanov Kuandyk, Baitulekov Sagynbay, Raimkulov Mirbolat, Davletova Altyn.
By the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan on June 17, 1997 due to the change of administrative-territorial unit, the former Oktyabrsky and Mugadzhar districts were merged and formed Mugalzhar district.
In accordance with the Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan №934 of July 6, 1999 "On local financial bodies" and the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On the budget system", in order to optimize the system of public financial management, In accordance with the decision of the akim of Aktobe region, local financial bodies were established in the structure of local executive bodies.
In accordance with the resolution of the akimat of Aktobe region, due to the transfer to the regional department of finance, on June 28, 2004 the Mugalzhar district department of finance was re-registered as a department.
From January 1, 2005 all district financial departments were transferred from the structure of the regional department of finance to the local executive bodies of the district. Since that year, the district finance department is funded from the district budget.
The main task of the financial department of Mugalzhar district is to ensure the implementation of the district budget, accounting and policy of communal property of the district.
Today the department consists of management, 2 sectors, ie 6 units.
While the budget and accounting sector is responsible for ensuring the implementation of the district budget, accounting, the municipal property sector provides guidance in the field of accounting for the effective and targeted use of district communal property.
All civil servants in the institution are highly educated, qualified and permanently located.
The department is the organizer of the full utilization of budget funds, balancing the revenues and expenditures of the district budget. Civil servants of the department take part in all events in the area and receive the above awards.
