State institution "Department of architecture, urban planning and construction of Mugalzhar district" is a state body of the Republic of Kazakhstan that manages the construction, development of territories and architecture of localities and is financed from the local budget, authorized to perform the functions of state management and control, within the competence of the local Executive body, implementing functions in the field of organizing and conducting unified public procurement for budget programs or goods, works, services determined in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan
State institution "Department of architecture, urban planning and construction of Mugalzhar district" regulation of relations arising between state bodies, individuals and legal entities in the course of architectural, urban planning and construction activities, implementation of work aimed at creating a full-fledged environment for human habitation and life and sustainable development of settlements and inter-settlement territories, ensuring safe and efficient spending of money used for public procurement.
