In the President's Address " increasing the welfare of Kazakhstanis: improving the quality of life and quality of life”, the President instructed to implement the project “regions without corruption” in all regions of the country.
In order to implement the President's address to the people of Kazakhstan of 5 October 2018 "growth of welfare of Kazakhstan: improving the quality of income and life" with the participation of Chairman of Agency of Republic of Kazakhstan for civil service Affairs and anti-corruption Shpekbaev T. T. and akim of Aktobe oblast Sapareva B. M. 21 Dec 2018 opened a project office "Aқtөbe - Amaldi Alay".
The goal of the project is to eliminate corruption in everyday life, improve the quality of public services, create barrier-free and favorable conditions for citizens and businesses, and ensure transparency and openness of state bodies.
The goal of the project "Aktobe-adaldyk alany" is to increase the confidence of citizens of the region in the institutions of state power, reduce the level of corruption and create a public atmosphere of rejection of corruption.
The project has 4 main directions. This:
1) elimination of domestic corruption;
2) creating favorable conditions for citizens;
3) creating a public atmosphere of rejection of corruption;
4) formation of an anti-corruption culture among the population.
The main goal is to reduce domestic corruption, reduce the risk of corruption, improve the quality of public services and public confidence in the state apparatus.
In order to determine the transparency of state bodies, reduce administrative barriers and prevent corruption risks, it is planned to introduce the principle of transfer to the open office position (open space).
The project is aimed at eliminating domestic corruption in all areas of government.
On this basis, in the shortest possible time, you can note the significant work of the project office.
To date, in social networks Facebook, Instagram under the name "Aktobe-adaldyk alany", a work plan for the Project office for 2019, the composition of the expert Council has been developed.
