            After conducting an interview with the candidates and discussion, based on the results of scoring, the competition commission DECIDED:

1. To refuse Mingjanov Kayrat  Saparbaevich  for  admission to the vacant administrative state position of chief specialist of the State Institution "Martuk District Department of Internal Policy and Language Development", building "B" E-R-4.
