Women of Kazakhstan are less likely to receive public services
On the eve of International Women's day, the government for citizens calculated how many women will apply for public services.
As it turned out, in 2020, 6.2 million women applied to the state corporation for various services. In general, taking into account that last year the government provided 13 million public services for citizens, 45% of them were provided to women.
The number of women applying for an electronic digital signature is only one percent higher than that of men. For example, if last year 4.7 million eds were issued through the PSC (including 300 thousand eds for legal entities), of which about 2.2 million (51%) were received by aruans.
The number of women applying for auto services was also small. In 2020, 173 thousand women issued driver's licenses, which is 21% of the total number of issued driver's licenses.
In addition, representatives of the state corporation told about women who receive various benefits.
