Currently, in accordance with Article 48 of the Land Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, land plots provided for entrepreneurial purposes inside the locality are offered at auction.
Since the beginning of the reporting period, 16 landowners sold the right to lease a land plot of 60.31 hectares in the amount of 4 million 300 402 tenge to the state income.

The participant, who is an individual and a legal entity, submits the following documents for participation in the competition:
1) application for participation in the competition;
2) competitive offer;
The tender offer must contain:
1) a business plan (the projected volume of investments, the area of cultivation of agricultural crops, the number of farm animals, the agricultural technologies used, the availability of agricultural machinery and technological equipment, qualified specialists in the field of agriculture, the number of jobs created);
2) obligations for the preparation and development of the project of on-farm land management, the implementation of measures for the development of agricultural infrastructure;
3) obligations to comply with the requirements of the land legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, including the Rules for the rational use of agricultural land, the implementation of indicative indicators for the diversification of the structure of sown areas of agricultural crops in accordance with the specialization of the region, compliance with scientifically based agricultural technologies, phytosanitary and quarantine requirements.
On the next day, after the deadline for submitting applications for participation in the competition, the results of the competition are summed up by the land commission by opening the received closed envelopes (without the participation of the participants of the competition).
To participate in the auction, you must first register on the registry web portal with the following information:
1) for individuals: - individual identification number (hereinafter-IIN), surname, first name and patronymic (if any);
2) for legal entities: - business identification number (hereinafter-BIN), full name, surname, first name and patronymic (if any) of the first head;
3) details of the current account in the second-tier bank for the refund of the guarantee fee;
4) contact information (postal address, phone, fax, e-mail).
To register as an auction participant, it is necessary to register an application for participation signed by the participant's EDS on the registry web portal.
