In order to implement the state youth policy, systematic work is being carried out in the district. In the settlements of the district, there are 4134 young people aged from 14 to 29 years (men-2295, women-1839). This is 22.5% of all residents of the district. Young people work in all socio-economic spheres of the district, including in the field of education-82 hours, health care-53 hours, in the civil service-30 hours, internal affairs-21 hours. In 2020, in the reporting period, 40 young people were employed under the "Zhasyl El" program through the "Kobdа Forestry" (among them: students-20 people, students-20 people).

Youth employment: according to youth practice - 59 people, according to the employment roadmap - 61 people. A list of volunteer youth has been formed in the Kobda district, a volunteer club "Umit Oty"has been created. Composition: 27 people.
