According to the work plan of the Kargaly District Election Commission, events dedicated to World Election Day continue. On the second day, with the participation of the chairmen of precinct election commissions of the Kargaly district, in the schools of rural districts, where the next election of the village akim will be held this year, a competition was held in the form of an essay “In your village there will be elections for the akim of the rural district, what would you suggest to the future akim to improve the condition of the village ? where about 80 students took part.
On January 29 of this year, about 87 young specialists took part in a round table meeting “Participation in elections is a common cause for everyone,” organized by eight precinct election commissions of the district. The purpose of the event: to increase the love and positive attitude of young people towards their Motherland, to attract the attention of young people to the problem of ensuring the voting rights of citizens and improving electoral processes, informing the public about achievements in the electoral process and developing a propensity for democratic values among young voters.
From January 1, 2023, the following persons are entitled to pension benefits from the UAPF at the expense of compulsory pension contributions and compulsory occupational pension contributions according to the established schedule:
- women upon reaching the age of 61 (this age limit is valid until 2028);
- men upon reaching the age of 63;
- persons with a disability of the first or second group, if the disability is established indefinitely.
To assign pension benefits that include the state pension - this is the basic and solidary, and funded from the UAPF, old-age pensioners just need to apply with one application and a package of documents to the units of the State Corporation "Government for Citizens" (PSC).
Persons with a disability of the first or second group, if the disability is established indefinitely, must apply to the UAPF branch or through the Fund's website. In your personal account, you need to select the section "Services" - "Submit an application for the appointment of pension benefits." There you can find a detailed list of required documents. The day of circulation is the date of receipt or receipt of documents by the UAPF.
Pension benefits from the UAPF are established from the date of application and are made until the pension savings are exhausted. In this case, the day of applying for a pension benefit is considered:
UAPF transfers the amounts of pension benefits of beneficiaries:
The State Corporation transfers the amounts of pension benefits received from the UAPF to the bank accounts of beneficiaries in accordance with the schedule of pension benefits established by the State Corporation, but not earlier than the date when the right to pension payments from the UAPF arises.
People who go abroad for permanent residence can also claim payments from the UAPF at the expense of compulsory pension contributions and compulsory occupational pension contributions. To do this, they need to apply to the migration police, obtain the status of “departure for permanent residence” there, then obtain citizenship of another state. After the correct registration of the departure, the traveler must apply with a package of documents to the UAPF, which will make a pension benefit within 10 working days from the date of receipt or receipt of documents by the UAPF.
Please note that payments of pension savings are made only to the beneficiary's bank account and can be requested by the beneficiary in any currency: in tenge, Russian rubles, euros, US dollars or pounds sterling.

From January 1, 2023, pension benefit payments from the UAPF to pensioners who retired after January 1, 2018 were increased by 5%.
Benefit payments from the UAPF are made in accordance with the Methodology approved by the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 2, 2013 No. 1042 (as amended from April 1, 2021) (hereinafter referred to as the Methodology).
According to this Methodology, pension benefits to retirees are calculated as follows: in the first year of receiving payments, the amount of pension savings is multiplied by the pension savings payment rate - 6.5% and divided by 12.
For beneficiaries of certain categories: people with disabilities of groups 1 or 2, established indefinitely, as well as people who worked in hazardous industries, whose savings were formed at the expense of compulsory occupational pension contributions in the aggregate for at least sixty months, the Methodology provides for correction factors that increase the amount monthly pension benefit. For persons meeting more than one of the above conditions, the correction factor with the highest value is applied.
At the same time, the monthly pension benefit from the UAPF is paid in the amount of at least 70% of the subsistence minimum established for the corresponding financial year by the law on the republican budget (in 2023, the subsistence minimum was 40,567 tenge). Accordingly, since the beginning of the year, the size of the minimum payment from the UAPF has increased by 8.5% and will amount to 28,396.9 tenge (70% * 40,567).
In subsequent years, the amount of the monthly pension benefit increases by the indexation rate of pension benefits - 5%.
If the amount of pension savings as of the date of application does not exceed twelve times the minimum pension established by the law on the republican budget for the corresponding financial year, this amount is paid to the beneficiary from the UAPF in a lump sum (in 2023, the lump sum pension benefit will be 636,912 tenge = 12 * 53,076 tenge).
For persons who exercised their right to receive pension benefit payments from the UAPF before January 1, 2018, pension benefits are calculated according to the methodology that was in force at the time of assignment of pension payments: the amount of the annual pension benefit is calculated and does not exceed the largest of thirty times the minimum pension (in 2023 – 1,592,280 tenge = 30 * 53,076 tenge) and the value calculated as the product of the amount of pension savings by the coefficient of the current value of pension savings at the corresponding age of the beneficiary.
Recall that pension benefit payments from the UAPF are made until the pension savings on the individual pension saving account are exhausted.

Aktobe region has a developed industry. It is a major transport and logistics hub of the country, which makes it possible to make the most of all types of logistics opportunities - air, rail and motor transport. The regional center of the region - Aktobe - is located at the intersection of traffic flows within the framework of the international automobile corridor "Western Europe - Western China".
There is an industrial zone in Aktobe with all the necessary ready-made infrastructure and logistics.
The region has a unique mineral resource base, where about 170 free deposits from construction materials to mining raw materials are concentrated. In order to maintain intra-country value, work is underway to create a belt of small and medium-sized businesses around large backbone enterprises.
Due to the fact that the region is characterized by a high population size and growth rate, special attention is paid to the creation of comfortable living conditions, high-quality education and the development of the creative industry.

Within the framework of the forum, a plenary session on the topic "Investment prospects of the Aktobe region" and a panel session on the topic: "Key drivers of improving the competitiveness of the Aktobe region" were held, during which expert opinions on investment activities and entrepreneurship development were voiced, real success stories of companies operating in the region and those who plan to start its activities in the region.
The logical conclusion of the large-scale event was the signing of 8 memoranda worth 2.7 trillion tenge between the Akimat of Aktobe region and the largest investors represented by ERG, as well as the countries of Germany, Lithuania, the Republic of Turkey.
Among the projects are the construction of a petrochemical complex, a logistics hub, a sugar factory, a plant for the production of railway wheels, a rail welding plant, a plant for the production of medical equipment, a Khromtau-1 wind power plant with a capacity of up to 153 MW, a factory for processing stale and current chromium-containing sludge, etc.
