About the budget, landscaping and fighting crime

On April 30, a joint extended meeting of the standing Committees and the working group on economy, finance and budget was held. For the first time, it was held in an online format on the Zoom platform with the participation of the secretary of the district maslikhat Saparbek Amanzholov.

Deputies of the district maslikhat, deputy akim of the district, members of the permanent commission and the working group, heads of district organizations and akims of rural districts also took part in the joint extended meeting of the standing committees.

The first issue on the agenda on the state and measures to further strengthen the prevention of offenses and the fight against crime in the district for the first quarter of this year and on the implementation of recommendations to improve the work of the district police department was considered under the chairmanship of Deputy Zhanna Mustafina. The head of the district police department, Daniyar Bekzhan, made a report to the participants of the online conference.

According to him, the criminogenic situation is characterized by a decrease in crimes. However, the detection rate for a particularly serious category leaves much to be desired.

- For three months, the district police inspectors considered 41 complaints and applications of citizens. 434 administrative offenses were revealed, and 49 protective orders were issued, " D. Bekzhan said.

The secretary of the district maslikhat Saparbek Amanzholov asked a number of questions about the report. In particular, whether the problem with the personnel and the installation of road signs has been solved.

The head of the district department of housing and communal Services, passenger transport and highways Azamat Utegenov spoke on the second issue of the work carried out on landscaping, landscaping and sanitary cleaning and plans for the current year.

He spoke about the work carried out in the context of each rural district, as well as about what work will be carried out this year. It is worth noting that the report of the head of the housing and communal services department caused a heated discussion among the people's deputies, who were interested in the improvement of rural districts, the quality of drinking water, lighting, arboretum plans and landfill. A. Utegenov, explained that as for arboretum plans, this year funds were allocated for three rural districts: Badamshinsky, Zheltau and Kos-Tass. In the future, the total area for planting green spaces will be 100 hectares. The next question, regarding MSW, is developing design and estimate documentation for the construction of a site on a nine-hectare plot, which is planned to be implemented in 2022-2023 in the village of Badamsha.

On the last issue of budget execution, the acting head of the district finance department, Yevgenia Kaminskaya, spoke. Akims of rural districts also made reports on the implementation of budgets for the past year.

Also, the deputies of the district maslikhat reviewed the materials of the regional audit commission on the implementation of the district budget.
