History of the kargalinsky district fire Department

Since 1964, in the Kazakh SSR, professional fire brigades were created EN masse in district centers. So in 1966, in the village of Lenin (KOs-Istek) of the Leninsky district (Kargalinskoe), a professional fire brigade was created with a staff of 12 people. In 1997, by Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Leninsky district was renamed kargalinsky district.
In the same year, in accordance with the decree of the USSR in 1997, the professional fire protection was transformed into a military one.
In the fire service of the Kargaly district, militarization was carried out in 2000. Militarization in the fire service has significantly increased the combat readiness of the guards on duty: - "whose service was transferred from a 3-shift to a 4-shift schedule", discipline, service training.

During the Soviet era, the fire Department of the district was responsible for fire safety, for training the population in fire safety, for equipment and its working condition in organizations, collective farms, etc.

After the independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the number of fires increased every year. No one wanted to be responsible for fire safety, only the fire service was engaged in extinguishing fires in the area.
Until 2010, the number of fires exceeded the highest mark of 37 fires, not counting cases of Gorenje.
In 2012, after the local Executive bodies purchased fire equipment, equipment and training of the population in fire safety. Fires were eliminated at an early stage. Thus, the number of trips to fires by the fire Department has decreased.
Combat training in the fire Department was always carried out, there were visual AIDS (posters). In 2014, the regional budget provided for major repairs to the buildings and territory of the unit, the first major repair for the entire existence of the fire service in the district. The repairs improved working conditions and sanitary conditions for personnel. The fire station (garage) has been provided with Sewerage, cold water, in a word, urban conditions for the maintenance of fire trucks.
In 2019, the "VEY" auxiliary equipment and a trailer pumping station were purchased and transferred to the balance of PP-13 of the kargalinsky district.
On January 10, 2020, on behalf of the Akim of Aktobe region, his first Deputy Sydykov Rakhat Mazhitovich handed 10 new Niva vehicles to the district emergency departments, including the Kargaly district emergency Department.

(2003 to 2006):

The largest fire in my memory occurred in the summer of July 2007 in the Remzavod of KKM LLP. The message to the communication panel was received at 04.30 am that the plant was on fire.
