Aktobe - "Adaldyk alany"

The Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Combating Corruption, together with interested state bodies, is implementing the republican anti-corruption project "Adaldyk alany".

The main goal of the project is to minimize everyday corruption. To achieve this, work is being carried out to increase openness, transparency, accountability of state bodies and the formation of a culture of integrity in society.

A distinctive feature of the project is the wide participation of civil society in its implementation. Direct implementation in the field is entrusted to the regional project offices of "Adaldyk alany".

Project offices "Adaldyk alany" are implemented in all regions of Kazakhstan, as well as in most Ministries.

In order to implement the Address of the Head of State "Growth of the prosperity of Kazakhstanis: increasing income and quality of life" dated October 5, 2018, a project office "Aktobe - adultyk alany" was created. The project office functions on the basis of the eradication of everyday corruption, the formation of intolerance to manifestations of corruption among the population and the increase of citizens' confidence in government bodies. Currently, Adaldyk Alany conducts daily monitoring in the field of health care, education, in order to control the quality of road repairs, in the field of modernization of housing and communal services and in other areas at the level of the city, districts and regions. All monitoring work is carried out by members of the expert group of the Adaldyk Alany project office.
The main public control carried out by the Adaldyk Alany is the Sapaly Zhol project. Within the framework of this project, since the beginning of this year, the Anti-Corruption Service, together with representatives of the Aktobe - Adaldyk Alany project office and the branch of the National Center for the Quality of Road Assets RSE in Aktobe region, carried out 23 monitoring works. 6 monitoring works to clean the streets from snow were carried out in the winter. 17 monitoring works were carried out to control the quality of roads, which are undergoing medium and major repairs at the regional level.
As a result, 6 violations of road clearing and 16 violations of road repair were revealed. Following the monitoring, letters were sent to the relevant authorities and, in general, 12 violations were found.
In the same way, in all their areas of work, members of the expert group carry out various kinds of monitoring work. Upon completion of the work, representatives of the Adaldyk Alany send letters with recommendations to the relevant authorities, after which the working group monitors the elimination of certain build-ups.
