In the event of the death of a person who has pension savings in the UAPF, they are inherited in accordance with the procedure established by law.
To acquire an inheritance, the heir must submit an application to a notary or an authorized person. In this case, the inheritance can be accepted within 6 months from the date of death of the testator.
In order to receive pension payments from the UAPF, it is necessary to provide a package of documents, the list of which depends on the method of their submission to the UAPF - in person / through postal services / by a third party. The list of documents can be found on the enpf.kz website in the "Services" section.
Pension payments are made to recipients within 10 working days from the date of receipt or receipt of documents by the UAPF.
Pension savings are stored in the UAPF indefinitely, heirs can apply for payment at any time.
