1. How many times can I withdraw my pension savings above the sufficiency threshold?

In accordance with subparagraph 1) of paragraphs 2 and 3 of Article 24 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Pension Provision in the Republic of Kazakhstan", individuals who have reached retirement age are exempt from paying mandatory pension contributions and mandatory professional pension contributions to the UAPF in accordance with paragraph 1 of Article 11 Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On pension provision in the Republic of Kazakhstan". - due to DPV:
persons who have reached the age of 50;
persons with disabilities;
persons who have pension savings within the amount of CPV and the investment income accrued on them, who have been in the UAPF for at least five years.
