Individual housing construction in the Irgiz district is in the stage of rapid development. In 2020, 11,700 square meters of individual housing construction were registered and commissioned. Compared to 2019, the volume of individual housing construction was exceeded by 110%. Taking these circumstances into account, the construction of engineering communal infrastructures was carried out in the construction sector. In particular, 5 km of gas pipelines, 8 km of power grids, 6 km of water supply for the construction of newly built individual residential buildings have been laid in the South-West region of the Irgiz village. In 2020, the construction of "Arystar Sayabagy" was commissioned in the village of Irgiz.
